Who I Am

Hi, I’m Paul Bullington, and real estate has been at the heart of my professional journey for more than a decade. As a broker, property manager, investor, and educator, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients, agents, and students achieve their goals while shaping businesses that make a lasting impact on our community.

I’ve built and led successful brokerages, launched and grown multiple property management companies, and invested in real estate projects that create opportunities for families and investors alike. At every stage, my focus has been the same: raising professional standards, delivering exceptional service, and building meaningful relationships.

My Real Estate Journey

I started my career working with regional brokerages, eventually finding my stride at a large independent firm in downtown Nashville. In 2020, I returned to Dickson and opened my own property management company while co-owning a growing residential sales office. Over the years, I expanded into education, leadership, and investment opportunities that have allowed me to contribute to the industry in multiple ways.

Today, my work is split between running a thriving real estate brokerage, managing properties, teaching continuing education courses, and working alongside other industry professionals to improve how we serve clients and communities.

What I Do Today

I lead Realty Executives Hometown Living, where I work with a talented team of agents helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Middle Tennessee. I also own and operate two property management companies, PMI Greater Dickson and PMI Greater Nashville, managing hundreds of residential properties and helping owners protect their investments while creating positive rental experiences for tenants.

Through D&D School of Real Estate, I teach Tennessee real estate pre-licensing and continuing education courses designed to prepare new agents and keep experienced professionals at the top of their game. I’ve developed multiple state-approved courses focused on ethics, compliance, property management, and brokerage operations.

Beyond the classroom and the office, I stay active in leadership roles within the real estate community, working with organizations that advocate for REALTORS®, property managers, and real estate educators across the state.

Philosophy & Approach

For me, real estate isn’t just about transactions — it’s about people, relationships, and experiences. Whether I’m helping a family find their next home, guiding an investor through an acquisition, teaching a classroom of future REALTORS®, or leading my team, my approach is grounded in education, transparency, and collaboration.

I believe success comes from combining innovation with integrity. That means staying ahead of real estate market trends, leveraging modern tools and strategies, and creating processes that improve the experience for owners, tenants, clients, and agents alike. My goal is simple: to leave the industry better than I found it by raising expectations, empowering others, and creating meaningful change.

Service to the Industry & Community

Real estate has given me the opportunity to do more than build businesses — it’s given me a platform to serve, lead, and give back.

As the President of the Dickson Chapter of Greater Nashville REALTORS® and a member of the GNR Board of Directors, I represent our local market while contributing to initiatives that impact REALTORS® across Middle Tennessee. These roles allow me to advocate for policies that protect homeowners, strengthen property rights, and improve professional standards.

Through D&D School of Real Estate, I teach real estate pre-licensing and continuing education courses, developing state-approved programs that help agents succeed and stay compliant with Tennessee real estate laws. I also speak at industry conferences and events, sharing strategies and insights to help professionals grow their businesses and deliver exceptional client experiences.

I remain active in national organizations like NARPM®, IREM®, and REEA, connecting with other leaders, exchanging best practices, and staying ahead of emerging industry trends. Outside the industry, I serve on the Advisory Council for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville and as the Secretary of the Board for SONRISA Latino Resource Center, supporting initiatives that strengthen housing opportunities and community resources.

Whether I’m teaching a class, serving on a board, or speaking to colleagues, my mission is clear: to make a lasting, positive impact on the real estate profession and the communities we serve.

Member of these Organizations

I believe that staying connected, informed, and involved is essential to serving my clients and our industry well. That’s why I’m proud to be an active member of several professional organizations dedicated to real estate, property management, and community leadership.

Certifications & Designations

I believe in constantly raising the bar — both for myself and for the real estate industry. Over the years, I’ve earned multiple advanced certifications and designations that reflect my commitment to professional excellence, leadership, and ongoing education. These achievements represent a dedication to staying current on industry best practices, deepening my expertise, and providing the highest level of service to my clients, agents, and students.

Outside the Office

When I’m not managing properties, teaching classes, or leading my team, I focus on the things that keep me grounded — family, community, and personal growth. I believe life is about balance, and while I’m passionate about raising standards in real estate, I also value slowing down and enjoying the people and places that make Middle Tennessee home.

You’ll often find me brainstorming the next big idea on an oversized Post-it note — a habit my team knows all too well — or looking for new ways to keep learning and evolving. That drive to grow personally and professionally is what fuels the work I do every day.

Let's grab some coffee and talk

Some of the best conversations happen over coffee. Whether you’re an agent looking for guidance, a property owner exploring management options, or a fellow REALTOR® wanting to collaborate, I’d love to connect.

If you’re in Middle Tennessee — from Nashville to Dickson and beyond — let’s sit down, talk real estate, share ideas, and see how we can work together.
